EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
Garlic salt to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp. A-1 Sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sour cream

Finely chop and brown stew meat seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. Blend soup, A-1, mushrooms, and ketchup; add to beef. Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer. Just prior to serving, blend sour cream into mixture. Serve over hot egg noodles with a dollop of sour cream.
