BEEF STROGANOFF (EASY) 
2 lb. beef cubes
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
4 oz. mushrooms (can)
1 c. beef bouillon
1 sm. can tomato paste
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper

Saute beef, onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter or oil. Put into crock pot, add beef bouillon and tomato paste. Low setting for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. To thicken before serving, add sour cream mixed with 2 tablespoons flour. Serve over noodles.
