BEEF STROGANOFF (Easy) | |
1 can mushroom soup 1 env. onion soup mix 1 1/4 lb. stewing beef (bite size pieces) 1/2 c. burgundy wine 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. flour Mix together first three ingredients and bake covered for 2 hours at 325 degrees. Add wine and bake for another hour (add water during baking, if needed). Add sour cream with flour mixed in. Heat until just hot--don't boil. Serve over rice or noodles. |
