EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 env. dry onion soup
1/2 c. water
3 c. diced, cooked round steak
2 tsp. flour
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream

Combine water, soup mix, and flour in saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add beef and mushrooms. Continue cooking until hot. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over hot noodles.
