BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. (sm. can) mushrooms
1 sm. onion, sliced
1-2 lb. round steak, cubed
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. beef consomme
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. sour cream

Saute onions in butter, remove from pan. Flour cubed meat, brown on all sides. Add remaining ingredients to beef with onions. Simmer for 45 minutes, add 1/2 cup sour cream and heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
