1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. (3 jars) beets baby food
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix sugar, eggs, oil, beets and cocoa together. Sift in flour, soda and salt. Beat and add vanilla. Pour into Bundt pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients together. Frost cake.
