OYSTER CASSEROLE 
1 pt. oysters (standard size)
2 stacks Zesta saltine crackers
2 sticks butter
Salt & pepper
3-4 tbsp. cream

Melt butter and pour in bowl. Crumble crackers coarsely and mix in bowl with butter. Spread one half crackers and butter in greased baking dish. Place ALL of oysters on top (do not make 2 layers of oysters). Salt and pepper to taste, dribble oyster liquid over it, dribble cream over this. Add remaining cracker mixture on top of this. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour.
