OYSTER CASSEROLE 
1 qt. oysters
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. butter
Crushed saltine crackers

Drain oysters and save liquor. Line baking dish with crackers, layer oysters, sprinkle with bacon crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and dot with butter. Do this ending with crackers and butter. Pour liquor over to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
