OYSTER CASSEROLE 
2 c. crushed soda crackers
3/4 c. melted butter
1 qt. oysters
1 c. milk
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley

Combine soda crackers and butter in 1 bowl. Combine oysters, milk, pepper, salt and parsley in another bowl.

In a buttered casserole place half of first mixture then cover with half of second mixture. Repeat layers. Add enough of the liquid the oysters came in to reach desired moistness.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
