OYSTER CASSEROLE | |
2 pts. oysters 3 c. cracker crumbs 1 1/2 sticks butter Salt & pepper 4 c. milk 3 eggs Beat eggs and milk together. In greased pan put 1 cup cracker crumbs and 1 pint of oysters then layer sliced butter, remaining crackers and oysters. Top with cracker crumbs. Pour egg mixture over casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees until puffed and browned. |
