SWISS CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 uncooked deboned chicken breasts, cut up
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 box chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing

Butter a 13 x 9 inch pan. Lay cut up chicken on bottom. Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder if desired. Lay 8 slices of Swiss cheese on top of chicken. Spread 2 cans of soup on top of cheese. Make stuffing according to directions on box. Let cool, then sprinkle this on top of soup. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
