Awesomely easy and quick! However... I'm glad I reduced the sugar to a heaping 1/2 cup rather than a full cup. Also, adding and ounce of bittersweet chocolate will round out the flavor nicely. The consistency of this fudge is pudding-ish, which I thought was nice, adding a small amount corn/brown rice syrup would give it more of a traditional consistency.
