SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag of frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower combo thawed and
drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento drained
1 can Durkee French Fried Onions

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish.

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions, bake 5 minutes more.

I always sdd a can of drained water chestnuts to this. My family loves the extra "crunch" the chestnuts provide. This recipe is the only way I can get my kids to eat vegetables! We never have any leftovers from this dish!
