SWEET AND SOUR CHOPS 
6 lean pork chops (remove excess fat and brown)
1 onion, chopped
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients and add browned chops. Cover and cook over high heat until steaming. Lower heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add cabbage, cover and cook 15 minutes. Remove chops and toss cabbage in the sauce.
