SWEET & SOUR CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
Pineapple slices
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly brown pork chops in skillet with 1-2 tablespoons oil and drain on paper towels. Combine last 4 ingredients. Place chops in baking dish and baste with sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. Place pineapple rings on chops prior to the last 5 minutes baking time.
