Brown 2 to 3 pork chops well and season with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot (crock-ette) and cook 7 to 9 hours. Use any ONE of the following sauces.

1 (7 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken and rice soup
1 c. barbecue sauce
