1 tbsp. vinegar
1 stick butter
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 (1 1/2 inch) pork chops

Combine all ingredients except chops. Mix in heavy pan and bring to a boil. Place chops in sauce and let stand at room temperature for several hours before cooking. Place marinated chops on heated grill and cook, turning and basting with sauce frequently. (Will take 35-45 minutes to cook.)
