GREEK MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1 (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beat slightly
8 green or black olives, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lg. green pepper, (optional)
Bacon

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 meat balls. Wrap a strip of bacon around each meat ball, fasten with a toothpick. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour.
