GREEK MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground meat (lamb, veal or beef)
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. snipped parsley
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 minced onion (med.)
1 tbsp. fresh mint leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano (dry crushed)

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Roll into marble sized balls. Bake, fry or microwave until done. May be served plain or with a sour cream and chopped parsley white sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
