GREEK MEAT LOAF 
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 tsp. Greek seasoning, divided
1/4 tsp. or 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 slice soft white bread, torn into sm. pieces
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. catsup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small skillet, melt butter. Add onion, celery, green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Greek seasoning and garlic. Cook and stir over medium heat until tender.

In a medium mixing bowl, crumble beef. Add onion mixture, bread pieces, milk, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Press into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

Combine catsup and remaining 1/4 teaspoon Greek seasoning. Spread over top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until set. 4-6 servings.
