GREEK PARSLEY MEAT BALLS 
3/4 c. onions, cooked until tender
2 c. bread crumbs, soaked in 1/2 c. milk

Mix into:

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves, diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs

Let set in dish 1 hour before forming into meatballs. Cook in butter.
