FRENCH TOAST 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

In a fry pan place 2 tablespoons butter. Warm pan on low.

Dip sliced bread (homemade is best) in batter. Only coat do not soak bread. Place in pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
