ZESTY SAUSAGE SQUARES | |
1 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 pkgs. shredded Velveeta cheese (hot Mexican style) 2 sm. cans chopped green chilies 1/3 c. milk 1 lb. pork sausage (hot) 1 egg Mix Bisquick, milk, and mayonnaise into dough. Pat well into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cook sausage and chopped onion until done; drain. Put meat mixture on top of dough. Combine egg, cheese, and chilies; stir well. Put mixture on top of meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into squares. |
