SAUSAGE CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes, chopped & drained

Worcestershire sauce
Soy Sauce
Oregano

Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter and add to cheese, stirring well. Add tomatoes and sauces and oregano to taste. Add sausage and stir. Serve hot with corn chips!
