BEEF - SAUSAGE - CHEESE DIP 
1 lg. pkg. of Velveeta
2 lbs. ground beef, browned & drained
1/2 lb. pork sausage, browned & drained
2 cans chopped green chilies
1 can green chilies & tomatoes
1 can green chili salsa
Chili powder to taste
Tabasco to taste

Heat on low in crock pot. Dip with tortilla chips.
