CHEESE-N-SAUSAGE DIP 
2 lbs. sausage
1 pkg. blue cheese dressing mix
1 pkg. garlic dressing mix
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 lg. can (13 oz.) evaporated milk

Using a double boiler heat milk and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Crumble and brown sausage in heavy skillet. Drain thoroughly. Add the dry packages of the seasonings to the melted cheese; stir into sausage. If mixture is too thick, add additional milk. Serve with tortilla chips.
