SAUSAGE CHEESE DIP 
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. hot sausage
1 can evaporated milk
1 jar pimentos (4 oz.)
1 pkg. dry garlic dressing mix
Tabasco to taste

Cook and drain sausage; set aside. Melt Velveeta. Add sausage. Slowly add evaporated milk while stirring. Then add pimentos, dry mix and Tabasco. Stir all together. Serve with tortilla chips.

Tip: I usually half this recipe because it makes so much. Also add a little more cheese and milk when I half it to make it go farther! Yum!
