BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 can onion rings, crushed
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten

TOPPING:

2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted

Cook and drain broccoli. Mix all ingredients except broccoli. Then add broccoli. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle topping on and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
