BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
1/4 stick butter, chopped

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook broccoli as directed. In casserole dish combine lemon juice, mustard, Velveeta and butter. Pour broccoli in casserole and stir. Melt 3/4 stick butter. Pour in cracker crumbs and stir. Pour on top of broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
