BOURBON SWEET POTATOES | |
3 (1 lb. 2 oz.) cans sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter, softened 1/3 c. bourbon 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. miniature marshmallows Mash sweet potatoes. Add sugar, butter, bourbon, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Put in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. 9 servings. |
