ITALIAN TUNA DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 hard boiled egg, chipped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix

Mix all above ingredients and chill. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish and serve with cut vegetables or crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups of dip.
