AMERICAN POTATO SALAD | |
8 potatoes 1 c. celery 4 or 5 eggs (hard boiled) 1/2 c. onion Dash of mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Dice potatoes, cook until tender. Drain and cool. (I let mine cool for 2 to 3 hours.) Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate. I find making it the night before makes it taste better. |
