“MARINATED STEAK ON THE GRILL” IS IN:

MARINATED STEAK ON THE GRILL 
4 (8 oz) steaks (any tender beef cut)
3/4 cup Italian Dressing or Vinaigrette
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup steak sauce or barbecue sauce

In a plastic bag, marinate steaks for 1 hour in refrigerator or 30 minutes at room temperature. Turn several times to coat evenly. turn to evenly coat.

Preheat grill to 350-375°F.

Brush grill grates generously with vegetable oil. Place steaks on hot grill and cook until an instant read thermometer reaches about 160°F (5-10 minutes, depending upon thickness of steaks).

Brush with steak sauce about 5 minutes before steaks are done; turn over and coat other side. Cool steak for 5-10 minutes before slicing thinly diagonally across the grain.
