CHICKEN BBQ MARINADE 
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dry marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
8 chicken legs (or 1 cut up chicken)

Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Let stand at room temperature for 4 to 5 hours. Broil over grill or in oven broiler 30 minutes, turning frequently.
