TERIYAKI BBQ MARINADE | |
1/3 c. soy sauce (Chinese brand) 1 oz. white wine 1 tsp. onion flakes 1/4 tsp. mustard powder 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. honey Measure soy sauce and add enough wine to make 1/2 cup. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Great on spareribs, pork, and chicken. For best results, marinate overnight in refrigerator. While cooking, use marinade to baste meat frequently. Yield: 1/2 cup. |
