BANANA AND PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. bananas, cut up in chunks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Cream sugar and cooking oil together. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat well. Add pineapple and bananas. Mix together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Fold in creamed mixture. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Do not beat. Cook in a bundt pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
