BANANA PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. powdered sugar

Thoroughly stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.

Combine eggs, banana, oil, undrained pineapple and vanilla. Add all at once to dry ingredients stirring well until moistened. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes (until done).

Cool in pan 15 minutes, remove and cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with powdered sugar glaze. Also good with Cool Whip.
