BANANA PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice too)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced bananas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 inch round tube cake pan. Set aside. Sift together dry ingredients. Add undrained pineapple, cooking oil, vanilla, eggs and bananas, mixing until blended, but don't beat.

Pour batter into prepared cake pan. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cake will crack slightly on top. Cool in pan on a rack. This cake will remain moist and fresh for some time. 12 or more servings.
