BANANA PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3 slightly beaten eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. mashed bananas 1 c. cooking oil 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla In mixing bowl thoroughly stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Make a well in center of the dry ingredients. Combine the eggs, bananas, oil, undrained pineapple and vanilla; add all at once to dry ingredients stirring until moistened. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 350 degrees 65-70 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
