BANANA-PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. bananas, diced
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 angel cake pan

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in a bowl, blend together. Do not beat. Pour batter in a greased angel cake pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Let cool well before removing from pan.
