BANANA AND PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sliced bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Make a hole in the center and put in eggs, oil, vanilla, banana and crushed pineapple. Mix by hand until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
