CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
2 slices bread

Soften bread in beaten egg. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties. Fry in oil until golden brown. Makes 8-10 crab cakes.
