GREEN BEAN STIR FRY 
1-2 lb. fresh green beans
A little oil to keep from sticking
Season to taste
Drizzle of oyster sauce (a must)

Snap the beans. Heat the oil (I use olive oil) in a Dutch oven or wok. When very hot, add the beans, stirring constantly (hence the name). Season as you like. I use salt, pepper and garlic powder. You can also stir in chopped onions and garlic. Drizzle the oyster sauce over the beans and serve.
