STIR FRY GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen green beans or 1 qt. fresh beans, cut
1/4 c. sliced almonds; optional
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

In wok or large frying pan add oil and garlic. Saute over medium heat. Add green beans. Stir for 5-6 minutes, 12-14 for fresh beans. Add water, cover 2 minutes then add almonds and salt.
