IMPOSSIBLE APPLE PIE 
4 eggs beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. peeled and shredded apples

In a bowl mix, eggs, sugar, vanilla, butter, flour and milk. Add shredded apples and mix well. Pour into a greased floured 10 inch pie pan.

Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Lower to 350 and cook another 40 minutes. Serve with cool whip.
