6 c. sliced, peeled apples or 1 can apple pie filling
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. softened butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
Streusel topping (see below)

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pie plate or Pyrex glass pie plate. Mix apples and spices; you can do this right in the greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients in blender; pour over apple mixture in pan. Sprinkle on topping. Bake 55-60 minutes. Streusel topping: 1 cup Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional), 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3 teaspoons butter. Blend until crumbly; put on pie and then bake.
