SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
Salt, pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. mushrooms

Mix beef, onion and eggs. Add flour, salt, pepper and baking powder. Shape into patties and brown. Remove to casserole and cover with soup, milk and mushrooms. Bake 1 hour at 340 degrees.
