SALISBURY STEAK DELUXE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can Golden mushroom soup

Blend soup, mustard, Worcestershire and horseradish. Combine beef, 1/4 cup soup mixture, egg, bread crumbs, onions and seasonings. Shape into patties. Brown patties. Pour off fat. Stir in remaining soup mixture, water and some parsley flakes. Cover, cook over low heat 20 minutes.
