SALISBURY STEAK 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. minced onion
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 cans brown or beef gravy
1 can mushroom soup

Mix ground beef, onion, eggs and bread crumbs together. Pat into burgers and fry. Drain grease. Stir together gravy and mushroom soup. Pour over burgers. Simmer until gravy is heated.
