GOLDEN SAUSAGE CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 sm. head cauliflower, separated into flowerettes
1/2 c. chopped onions or 2 tbsp. instant, chopped
2 c. water, divided
2 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) processed American cheese, shredded
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
1/2 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook cauliflower and onion in 1 1/4 cups water until tender, do not drain. Add milk, cheese and sausage. Add small amount of remaining water to flour to make a paste. Slowly add remaining water, stirring until mixture is smooth. Stir into cauliflower mixture. Continue to simmer slowly, occasionally stir as cheese melts and soup thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.
